Great Customer Feedback

๐Ÿ“… 11th December 2025

Teamwork in Action!

We wanted to share some fantastic feedback we recently received on our G8 Crop Cruiser – Series 3 and to thank everyone for their hard work.

Peter Farrell, a long-time owner of our machines, recently test-drove the new G8S3 and was extremely impressed. He highlighted the exceptional ride comfort, quiet cab, and impressive boom performance, and said itโ€™s a machine he would buy tomorrow.

The first production build went to Western Plains Motors, and Anton Parrรดt described it as โ€œthe best machine Goldacres has ever delivered,โ€ specifically praising the build quality.

This is a great reflection of the teamwork and effort that goes into bringing our machines to life.

Well done, team!

Safety Performance News

๐Ÿ“… 29th August 2025

Great News: Weโ€™re Leading the Industry in Safety!

Our 24/25 WorkCover performance rating has come in at 26.45% better than the industry average.

The โ€œindustry averageโ€ compares injury claims across similar businesses – being ahead means fewer and less serious incidents.

Just two years ago, we were 34% worse, and last year 41% worse than the industry average. This huge turnaround shows that our focus on safety is really paying off.

Some of the good work behind this success:

  • Clearer job instructions (lifting, pushing, pulling capacities)
  • 5 Why root cause analysis on all injuries and incidents
  • Positive engagement from our H&S Committee
  • Site safety induction and refresher training

Thank you for looking out for each other and keeping our workplace safe. We will continue this important work!

A Values Share from Trailer Line

Last month, The trailer shed team ran into a technical issue while a trailer was in testing.

The trailer boom centre was extended and at max height, we had lost all power and hydraulic functions, which was a massive safety issue, And it was just as the 2:30pm finish bell rung.

Without being asked, The team stayed behind and resolved the issue. Would’ve taken myself 3-4 hours to resolve but the team stepped up and the issue was resolved within 20 mins.

Great teamwork, guys and Iโ€™m grateful for your willingness to go above and beyond to keep things safe and moving forward.

Not only has Michael reduced our stock level, he has also been working with the Production team to improve the schedule ensuring that stock turns are more relative to market demands – another difficult task.

Sprayer Centre Saves the Day

๐Ÿ“… 4th February 2025

Things donโ€™t always go smoothly – after previously purchasing four Goldacres Sprayers, Brendon Campbell of Horsham was going to buy a competitorโ€™s sprayer.ย

However, Bordertown Goldacres Sprayer Centre then got involved through our Regional Manager, Jason Rodda.

After paying $1.3m for a G6 with 42M Trifold boom and Weedetect, Brendon called Head Office to thank us all for his wonderful new machine, and to ensure we knew what a great job Jason and the Bordertown team did for him.

It is tough out there, but we know our competitors are finding it even tougher, and it is your efforts that are making the difference for Goldacres!
